Sauvignon Malvasia 'Il Pumo', Salento, San Marzano

Full and herbaceous flavour of fresh pear with a hint of white pepper and tropical orange zest, vibrant flavours from the South of Italy.
The grapes were crushed, destemmed and gently pressed. Cold static sedimentation was followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures of approximately 15 to 16å¡C, which retained both the freshness and fruity aromas of the grapes. The wine was aged in stainless steel, to preserve these fruit-forward characteristics.
