Soave Classico, Monte Fiorentine, Ca'Rugate

A beautifully layered wine with a rich flavour of ripe pineapple through to a fresh, saline and lemon finish, full of flavour.
The grapes were carefully sorted. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of between 16 to 18å¡C for 10 to 15 days, maintaining the freshness and aromatic qualities of the Garganega variety.
