An elegant and richly flavoured orange wine offering delicate notes of apricot, Mediterranean herbs and honey marinaded oranges with a long, refreshing finish.
The grapes were carefully selected to vinify the highest quality fruit. Fermentation took place on the skins, whose pigment, phenols and tannins imparted a deep colour. This skin-contact method is referred to as an ‘Orange’ wine. Vinification took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16 to 18å¡C and lasted for 24 to 30 hours. The wine was matured for eight months in 400 litre ceramic tanks.
