Soave, Roccolo Grassi

An outstanding and complex wine of great finesse with ripe and richly textured fruit flavours and hints of dried apricots and hazelnuts on the long finish
A careful selection of the grapes took place in the vineyard. The grapes were gently pressed and the must was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. It went through full malolactic fermentation and was then aged for a period of 12 months. 50% of the wine was matured in seasoned 22 hectolitre Slovenian oak casks and 50% in concrete vats.
