Torront̩s 'Alto Molino', Cafayate, Piattelli Vineyards

Bright and fruity with guava and rose petals combined with refreshing tropical fruit flavours and a delicate hint of spice on the finish.
The grapes were gently destemmed and pressed. The free-run juice was cold static clarified for 14 to 24 hours at 8å¡C. The must was separated from the lees, leaving the freshest juice. This was vinified with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 12 to 16å¡C. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was transferred to another tank to rest until bottling.
