The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness, crushed and destemmed. Cold maceration took place for several hours to extract the desired level of aromatics, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 12 to 14å¡C, lasting approximately 10 days. The fermenting must was racked to French oak barrels to finish fermentation and three monthsÛª maturation.
