Bearing all the hallmarks of classic Vouvray, this shows ripe green apple and citrus fruit with a mineral core, vibrant and dry on the palate with a lovely long, salty finish.
The grapes were selectively picked by hand and each parcel within the single vineyard was vinified separately to retain the character of the terroir. Fermentation took place at cool temperatures using natural yeasts. Ageing took place in French oak barrels imparting subtle complexity.
