Elegant and opulent this award-winning sweet wine is golden in colour and combines intense flavours of toffee, mango, lychee and mandarins. Complex, long and beautifully balanced.
The grapes were late harvested during the month of December. The hand-picked berries were delivered in small containers. The grapes were macerated for approximately 12 hours and then gently pressed under a pressure of 1.8 bar. The wine was fermented with selected yeasts at 19å¡C in barriques followed by six to nine months’ ageing in the same barriques.
