Ch̢teau de Valois, Pomerol

A rich and fleshy Pomerol showing a lovely combination of earthy flavours complemented by chocolate notes on the smooth palate.
Fermentation took place in small temperature controlled concrete vats for 28 days. The wine was matured for 15 months in oak barrels, of which one third was new; one third was one year old oak and one third was two year old oak. The wine was aged on its fine lees, without any racking.
