With vibrant aromas of ripe brambly fruits, this wine is juicy on the palate with hints of spice and vanilla.
The grapes were crushed, destemmed and macerated for several days extracting colour, flavour and aromatics. Fermentation took place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks with several rackings per day to separate the solids from the juice. The wine went through malolactic fermentation and was clarified, stabilised and filtered prior to bottling. The wine was made without any oak influence to express the characteristics of the Grenache grapes and the DO Cari̱ena terroir.
