Lirac, Domaine des Cigalounes

A big and meaty wine full of smoky peppery flavours with a hint of vanilla, intense and full bodied.
The grapes were harvested at optimum maturity. Traditional vinification took place with each variety fermented separately and lasting three weeks. 20% of the blend was matured in barrel.
