This is a beautifully modern style of Malbec with distinctively rich spice and black plum flavours.
Known as Cot in Bordeaux, the Malbec grapes were cool fermented in concrete tanks with the vinification temperatures carefully monitored. Traditional maceration lasted 15 days. 10% of the wine was aged with oak for added complexity.
