A fresh and clean style of Northern Italian red with berried fruit and a sappy finish.
The grapes were destemmed to reduce the levels of tannins in the resulting wine, pressed and macerated to extract aromatics, flavour and fine tannins. Each grape variety was fermented separately with selected yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The cuv̩es were then blended and kept in tank to retain the purity of fruit and freshness, until bottled.
