Intense and fragrant aromas of spice and coffee combined with strawberry and violet notes over a beautifully silky texture. Sublime Pinot Noir expression.
The hand-picked fruit was 100% destemmed and cold soaked for four days before yeast inoculation. The wine spent a total of 14 days on skins in open fermenters with gentle plunging. Post fermentation the wine was then aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
