This full flavoured and soft wine with its chunky black and red berries, has aromas of smoky vanilla and cloves together with sweet spice.
The grapes were harvested at optimal phenolic ripeness. Fermentation took place on the skins with regular pump overs and aeration at controlled temperatures of between 24 and 26å¡C. Extended skin contact was applied after alcoholic fermentation was completed.
