Greco di Tufo, Campania, Feudi di San Gregorio

An aromatic and mineral wine showing flavours of peach, melon and pear enveloped in a creamy texture and enlivened by a touch of white pepper.
The grapes were harvested at optimal maturity. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of between 16å¡ to 18å¡C, to preserve the varietal characteristics of the Greco variety. This was followed by four months maturation on its lees, adding complexity and texture, which took place in stainless steel tanks.
