A clean and fruity wine with a fresh lemon and herbaceous character, refreshing and easy drinking.
Most of the grapes were hand-harvested and only a small fraction of the harvest was picked by machine. Once received at the winery the bunches were carefully selected on the sorting table and pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of between 12å¡ to 16å¡C for a period of 14 to 16 days. Temperatures were carefully monitored throughout the vinification in order to preserve the delicate aromatic expression. The wine was stabilised for between 15 to 20 days at 4å¡C and then earth-filtered, prior to bottling.
