A light, dry and fresh white wine with flavours of baked apple and citrus.
The grapes were briefly macerated on their skins at 10å¡C followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 19 to 19å¡C, with a selected yeast strain. The wine was then filtered and left to rest in tank until bottled.
