Vermentino 'Massovivo', Toscana, Frescobaldi

A dry and floral wine with flavours of exotic fruits and a hint of lime and green apple on the finish.
Once harvested, the grapes were swiftly transported to the cellar where they were gently pressed. The must obtained underwent a cold static decanting process for approximately 12 hours, imbuing them with refinement and elegance. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. The wine was aged on fine lees, followed by further ageing in the bottle.
